- Awards and Recognition - Separate Certificates for Each Award: Employees now receive individual certificates for each award, and both staff and admins can download certificates associated with each award.
- Multiple Staff Assigning to Participants: The system now allows the assignment of multiple staff members to individual participants, enabling more flexible care and service management.
- Incident Register: Once an incident is resolved, it becomes non-editable and generates a downloadable PDF. Fields like email, phone, and facility name are prepopulated based on user or participant data. Key question labels are updated, and an "Other" option with a text box is added for incident types.
